Terms of Service
Bopframe (the “Service”) is operated by Cendro Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 84 697 743 598), an Australian company based in Melbourne, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service at bopframe.com.
By using the Service, creating an account or buying credits, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy, and that you are authorized to accept them for yourself or for the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bopframe is an AI video maker: a web application that turns a written prompt, and optionally your photos, into a short video with sound. You can describe your own idea, or use a template such as Rap video, where you upload one or two photos and choose a topic, and the Service writes a verse and animates the people in your photos so that they perform it with lip-sync. Videos are short clips (currently up to 15 seconds) at the resolution stated on the Service. Everything the Service generates for you, including lyrics, audio and video, is together called “Outputs”.
The Service is a digital, intangible software-as-a-service product delivered over the internet. Credits become available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
Bopframe is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, record label, social platform or AI model provider named on the Service or in these Terms. Trend names and template names describe a style; they do not mean that any artist took part.
2. AI models we use
The Service sends your photos, topic, lyrics and other inputs to the following third-party AI models to create Outputs:
| Used for | Model |
|---|---|
| Video, sound, speech and lip-sync from your prompt, lyrics and photos (you pick the model in Studio) | Seedance 2.0 Mini by ByteDance, Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance, Kling 3.0 by Kuaishou, Veo 3.1 Fast by Google, Grok Imagine by xAI, PixVerse V6 by PixVerse |
We may change models as providers release new versions; this table is updated when we do. The availability and quality of Outputs depend in part on these providers.
Model names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the models. They do not mean that those companies endorse or sponsor Bopframe.
3. Accounts and guest use
You can start without an account. We then create a temporary guest profile tied to your browser, so you can upload images and write a prompt. To make a video you sign in with your Google account, which moves what you uploaded as a guest to your account.
You must give accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@bopframe.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Credits and plans
Making a video uses credits. You can buy one-time credit packs or subscribe to a plan, billed monthly or yearly, that includes an allowance of credits. Current prices, credit amounts and what each video costs are shown before you pay.
- Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of it. They do not roll over. When you have both, plan credits are used first.
- If a video fails because of a fault on our side, or our moderation blocks it after generation has started, the credits it used are returned to your balance.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be used on the Service.
Price changes for an existing subscription take effect only from your next billing period after we give you at least 14 days’ notice by email; you can cancel before then.
5. Billing and payment
5.1 Recurring billing authorization
If you subscribe to a plan, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account, or the card you pay with through PayPal, the plan price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, at the start of each billing period. Before you agree, checkout shows the amount, how often you will be charged and that the plan continues until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel as described in Section 6. The amount and next renewal date are also shown in your account.
If the amount of a recurring payment changes, we email you at least 14 days before the new amount is charged. Once you cancel, we will not charge you again unless you sign up again.
5.2 One-time purchases
Each credit pack is a single charge for the amount shown at checkout. We do not top up credits automatically.
5.3 Payment through PayPal
We are the seller of the Service. Payments are processed by PayPal: you can pay with your PayPal balance or a linked bank account or card, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s checkout, where available in your country. PayPal’s own terms apply to your use of PayPal. Card and account details are entered on PayPal’s PCI-DSS compliant pages and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We do not charge any extra fee for paying with PayPal.
5.4 Taxes
Prices are in the currency shown on the pricing page. Where we must charge sales tax, VAT or GST, it is shown before you pay.
5.5 Billing problems
If a charge looks wrong, write to support@bopframe.com first. We reply within 2 business days, and most billing problems are solved faster this way than through a dispute with PayPal or your bank. This does not limit your right to open one.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time, online and without a fee: in your account under Billing, in your PayPal account under automatic payments, or by writing to support@bopframe.com from your account email. Cancel at least 3 business days before your renewal date to be sure the next charge is stopped. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we email you a confirmation. Credit packs are not affected.
You can have one plan at a time. To move to a larger plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, choose it on the pricing page: the new plan starts and is charged in full right away, your old plan stops renewing, and credits you already have stay until they expire. To move to a smaller plan, write to support@bopframe.com.
7. Refunds
Because the Service is delivered digitally and every video uses paid AI compute, payments are generally non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Unused credit packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- First subscription payment: full refund within 7 days if you have used no more than 20% of that period’s credits.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: always refunded in full.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer law of your country are not affected.
8. Photos of people and consent
The Service animates real faces, so these rules are a condition of using it. By uploading a photo or making a video, you confirm that:
- every person in your photos is you, or has given you permission to use their photo to make an AI video in which they may appear to say, sing or do things they never did;
- every person in your photos is 18 or older;
- no person in your photos is a celebrity, politician or other public figure, unless that person is you;
- you own the photos or have the right to use them, and they do not include anyone else’s artwork, logos or copyrighted characters you have no rights to.
You are responsible for the consent of the people in your photos; we may ask you to show it if someone complains. If a person withdraws their consent, delete the video and stop sharing it. Anyone who appears in a Bopframe video without having agreed can ask us to remove it as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
How we handle photos and the facial information in them, and when we delete them, is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Your content and Outputs
9.1 Your inputs
You keep all rights in the photos, topics, lyrics and other material you submit (“Inputs”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and transmit your Inputs, including to the AI model providers listed in Section 2, only to create your Outputs and operate the Service. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.
9.2 Outputs
As between you and us, you own the Outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and to the rights of the people shown in them. Owning a video does not give you any right to a person’s likeness beyond the consent they gave you. Because AI models can produce similar results for similar inputs, beats, melodies and lyrics may not be unique, and other users may receive similar Outputs.
If you write or paste your own lyrics, they must be your own or ones you have the rights to. Do not ask the Service to copy existing songs or lyrics.
9.3 AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unflattering or unsuitable. Review them before you share them. Videos may carry a visible label or embedded metadata identifying them as AI-generated; do not remove or hide it. When you publish Outputs, you are responsible for following the rules of the platform you publish on, including any requirement to label AI-generated content, and you must not present an Output as a real recording of the people in it.
9.4 Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@bopframe.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include: your name and contact details; the work you claim is infringed; a link to or description of the content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable access to infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
10. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to make sexual or nude content of anyone, any content involving minors, videos of public figures, videos that harass, humiliate, defame or deceive, hate speech, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. You also must not clone or imitate a real person’s voice, attempt to bypass our moderation, rate limits or security, use the Service or its Outputs to train a competing AI model, resell access to the Service without our written permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
11. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name or brand.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by writing to support@bopframe.com. We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content and withhold credits if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Where possible we will tell you why and how to appeal. Accounts terminated for a breach are not entitled to a refund. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund any unused credit packs and the unused part of any prepaid period.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any video will look like the people in your photos.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies them, or any similar right you have under the law of your country.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Inputs, including claims by people shown in your photos, from Outputs you share, or from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@bopframe.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, the updated Terms apply.
