Acceptable Use Policy
Bopframe is for fun AI videos of your ideas, yourself and people who are in on it. This policy sets out whose photos you can use, what you may not create, how we moderate, how to report a video and what we do when the rules are broken. It applies to everything you submit (photos, topics, names, lyrics) and everything generated for you (lyrics, audio and video). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Whose photos you can use
You may upload photos of:
- yourself;
- other adults who have agreed to be in an AI video made by you, knowing they may appear to say, sing or do things they never did;
- your own children or children in your family, and yourself as a child, for family-friendly videos such as birthdays, old family photos and pets (see Section 2);
- your pets, and drawings or characters you created or have the rights to.
You may not upload photos of:
- other people’s children: anyone under 18 who is not your own child or a child in your family;
- celebrities, politicians, influencers or other public figures, unless the public figure is you. This includes actors photographed in a role and stills from films, shows or music videos;
- anyone who has not agreed, including strangers, ex-partners, coworkers and classmates, or anyone who has asked you to stop;
- people who have died, unless you have the permission of their family or estate.
2. Prohibited content
Whatever the photos, you may not use the Service to create or share:
- Sexual content and nudity: nude or sexualized depictions of anyone, sexually explicit lyrics about a real person, or “undressing” edits. Flirty or romantic duets are fine as long as they stay non-explicit.
- Harmful content involving minors: anything that sexualizes a person under 18, any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and videos that put a child in romantic, violent, frightening or humiliating situations. Videos of children must stay family-friendly.
- Harassment and humiliation: videos meant to bully, threaten, shame or degrade a real person, including “roasts” of someone who did not agree to be roasted. A roast is only fine when the person in it is in on the joke.
- Defamation and deception: videos that make a real person appear to admit to a crime, endorse a product, a cause or a candidate, or say something that could damage their reputation; fake news footage; and election or health misinformation.
- Hate speech: lyrics or visuals that attack, dehumanize or incite violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or other protected attributes.
- Violence and dangerous content: graphic gore, threats, glorification of real attacks or terrorism, or instructions for weapons, drugs, self-harm or other serious harm. Rap bravado is fine; real-world threats are not.
- Voice cloning and artist impersonation: imitating a specific rapper’s or anyone else’s voice, or presenting a video as a real performance or new track by an existing artist, including prompts such as “in the voice of [artist]” or “a new verse by [artist]”.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: asking for existing lyrics or songs, or using logos, characters, artwork or footage you do not have the rights to.
- Scams and spam: fake endorsements, fraudulent ads, or videos used to deceive people into paying or sharing personal information.
You also may not remove or hide the AI-generated label or metadata on videos, present a video as a real recording of the people in it, or try to get around our safety checks (“jailbreaks”, misspelled names, cropping or editing a photo to dodge our checks, and similar).
Zero tolerance
Any sexual content involving minors, sexual or nude content of a real person, and content that promotes terrorism or mass violence lead to immediate, permanent account termination. CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities.
3. Sharing your videos
Share videos the way the people in them agreed to. Label them as AI-generated wherever you post them; many platforms require it. If someone in a video asks you to take it down, take it down.
4. How we moderate
- When you upload: photos are checked automatically for nudity and other prohibited content before they are saved. Blocked photos are not saved or used.
- Before generation: your prompt, topic and lyrics are checked together with each photo against our content rules. Blocked requests are not generated and use no credits.
- Human review: every report is reviewed by a person.
- Records: we keep moderation results and review decisions as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Reporting a video and asking for removal
If you appear in a Bopframe video you did not agree to, or you see a video that breaks this policy, email support@bopframe.com with the subject “Report” and a link to or description of the video. If it shows you, say so; you do not need a Bopframe account and you do not need to explain why you want it removed. Reports are confidential, and we do not tell the reported user who reported them.
| Report | Our response |
|---|---|
| Harmful content involving minors, sexual or nude content of a real person, terrorism | Content removed within 24 hours, and in any case within 48 hours of a valid request |
| “This video shows me and I didn’t agree” | Content removed within 48 hours |
| Harassment, defamation, hate speech, impersonation | Reviewed within 2 business days |
| Copyright notices, spam, other violations | Reviewed within 5 business days |
We can delete videos stored on Bopframe. We cannot delete copies someone has already posted elsewhere; report the post to that platform too. We act on the account that made the video under Section 6, and share its details with authorities when the law requires.
6. Enforcement
Depending on how serious the violation is and whether it is repeated, we may:
- block the request or remove the content;
- send a written warning;
- limit features or generation quotas;
- suspend the account while we investigate;
- permanently terminate the account, with remaining credits forfeited and no refund;
- report the matter to law enforcement where required by law.
7. Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, email support@bopframe.com with the subject “Appeal” within 14 days of our notice. Someone who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will reply within 10 business days. Zero-tolerance violations cannot be appealed.
8. Changes
We update this policy as laws and risks change. We will update the date at the top of this page and email account holders at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
