No. Credit packs are one-time payments and nothing renews. A plan gives you cheaper credits each billing period if you make videos often.
Plan credits cost less but expire at the end of each billing period and don't roll over. Pack credits cost more and stay valid for 12 months. When you have both, plan credits are used first.
You pay for 10 months and get 12 months of credits. The whole year’s credits arrive with the payment and are valid until the plan’s year ends.
Yes, at any time, in your account or in your PayPal automatic payments. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
You can upgrade to a bigger plan, or from monthly to yearly, on this page. The new plan starts right away at its full price, your old plan stops renewing, and the credits you already have stay until they expire. To move to a smaller plan, email support@bopframe.com.
It depends on the model, the quality and the length. Studio shows the exact number before you make the video, and the table on this page lists every option.
Without a purchase, one video at a time. With a credit pack, 2 at once. Basic: 2, Plus: 4, Pro: 6. When all your slots are busy, start the next video as soon as one finishes.
If a video fails or times out because of a fault on our side or the model provider’s, the credits go back to your balance automatically. Requests blocked before generation starts never use credits.
An unused pack: in full within 14 days. A first plan payment: in full within 7 days if you have used no more than 20% of its credits. Details are in the Refund Policy. Read the Refund Policy
Yes. Sign in with Google and you get 72 credits, enough for one 15-second Seedance 2.0 Mini video at Standard quality. Once per account.
