Refund & Cancellation Policy
Bopframe is a digital service: credits are available as soon as payment is confirmed, and every video uses paid AI compute. So payments are generally non-refundable, with the exceptions below. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
At a glance
| What you bought | Refundable when |
|---|---|
| Credit pack | Within 14 days of purchase, if none of the pack’s credits have been used. Full refund. |
| First payment of a subscription | Within 7 days of the charge, if you have used no more than 20% of that period’s credits. Full refund. |
| Subscription renewal | Within 7 days of the renewal charge, if you have used none of the new period’s credits. Full refund. |
| Duplicate or mistaken charge | Always. Full refund of the extra charge. |
| Service outage | If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons within our control: a prorated refund or credit for the affected time. |
Failed and blocked videos
You don’t need to ask for these. Credits go back to your balance automatically when:
- a video fails or times out because of a fault on our side or our model provider’s;
- our moderation blocks a video after generation has started, unless the block was caused by a deliberate attempt to break our Acceptable Use Policy.
Requests blocked before generation starts never use credits.
What is not refundable
- Credits already used on videos that were delivered.
- Partial periods: canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current month or year.
- Not liking the creative result. AI videos vary from one take to the next, and a video may not look exactly like the people in your photos. Check the examples before you buy. This does not apply where a video is faulty or not as described: those are covered below.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
Your legal rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, for example a video you paid for is not delivered or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a refund, whatever the time limits above say. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country either. If you are in the EU, the UK or another country with a statutory withdrawal period for digital services, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. At checkout we ask you to agree that the Service starts immediately; once you use credits from that purchase, the withdrawal right ends for the part already used, as the law allows.
How to cancel a subscription
Cancel in your account under Billing, in your PayPal account under automatic payments, or write to support@bopframe.com from your account email. Cancel at least 3 business days before your renewal date to be sure the next charge is stopped. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and we email you a confirmation.
How to request a refund
Write to support@bopframe.com with your account email, the PayPal transaction ID from your receipt and the reason. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
We refund through PayPal to the way you paid: to your PayPal balance, or to the bank account or card you used. Refunds to a PayPal balance are usually immediate; refunds to a card usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunding a subscription payment also cancels that subscription, and refunded credits are removed from your balance.
No fees. We do not charge any fee to cancel a subscription or to process a refund.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or a chargeback with your bank. Most billing problems are solved faster by email, and this does not limit your right to open one.
